Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Brown Spotting Along With Negative UPT?

I was supposed to get my period Dec. 14th. Its now Nov 10th on Nov 6 I had some brown spotting only when I wipe then nothing on the 7 then on the 8th I had a tiny bit of light brown spotting one time . on the 9th I had really super light pink spotting one time and nothing since I last took a urine test on Nov. 4 and it was negetive. I don't know what's going on this has never happened before and I've been trying to get ahold of my regular doc but she is booked.
Any thoughts or opinions to what this could be ?

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

The type of bleeding pattern you had on 6th to 9th december can be your normal menstrual period. Normal menstrual bleeding is brown in color with heavy flow on first day or second day.
It can be implantation bleeding too as bleeding was less in quantity & light pinkish is color on one day. Implantation bleeding normaly happens 8-10 days after having sexual intercourse. Also UPT can be negative on very early days of pregnancy.
You should again do pregnancy test with first morning urine sample now, to rule out possibility of getting pregnant

Hope this information helps
